Built by people who run client accounts
Brandwyn is made by iBtech. We built it because managing a dozen clients' social media and Google Ads with a scheduler, an ads console, a spreadsheet and a chat window was slow, and the first draft was always the bottleneck.
What we believe
The AI should do the routine, not the deciding. A good junior marketer drafts the week, flags what to change in the ads account and explains why. The person who knows the client approves it. Brandwyn is built exactly that way: everything the AI does lands in a review queue with a plain-language reason, and you choose per client whether to keep reviewing or let it run.
Every client gets the same tools. There are no feature tiers. A freelancer with two clients and an agency with sixty use the same product, with every network, every report and the same AI marketer. Plans differ only by term and included AI credits.
Results mean leads and payments, not likes. Brandwyn ties Google Analytics outcomes (visits, leads, calls, sign-ups, payments) back to the post or campaign that caused them, so the report you send a client is about their business.
Spend has a ceiling. Every client's Google Ads has a monthly cap and pacing. The AI never works around it, and reversible changes can be undone.
What Brandwyn is
An AI marketer for agencies and freelancers. Each client has its own connected accounts, client profile, review queue, spend cap and results. The built-in marketer runs on Claude and drafts a week of posts per client and runs Google Ads optimisation sessions. Power users can also drive it from Claude Desktop or claude.ai through its MCP server.
Who is behind it
iBtech is a software company that builds and operates web products and marketing systems. Brandwyn started as our internal publishing tool for the clients we manage, grew an MCP server so Claude could run it, and became a product when the review queue and results reporting turned out to be what other agencies wanted too.

Our commitments
- Your clients' content and connected-account tokens are stored encrypted and used only to operate the service.
- Content sent to the AI is processed under our commercial agreement with the AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) and is not used to train their models.
- Nothing publishes or spends without your rules: review mode by default, caps on spend, undo on changes.
- Pricing is simple and shown live; GST is shown before you pay.
