Every feature, in every plan

Brandwyn is built around one idea: the AI does the routine work, you approve it, and the client sees results. Here is what is inside.

Publish to nine networks from one queue

Connect each client's accounts once. Write or approve a post, pick the networks, pick the time, and Brandwyn publishes it natively to each platform's API.

  • Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn pages and profiles, X, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Scheduling with a per-client timezone, bulk edits, cancel and reschedule up to the minute it goes out
  • Images and video uploaded once and reused across networks
  • Per-client account health monitoring: expiring tokens and failed publishes raise an alert before the client notices

A review queue you control, per client

Every client runs in review mode or auto mode. In review mode, posts and ad changes wait until a person approves them. In auto mode, posts publish at their scheduled time and safe ad changes apply at once.

  • Approve, edit or reject each item; the AI's reason is shown next to it
  • Auto mode still holds back anything risky: budget raises over the cap, campaign end-date changes and anything that raises a warning
  • A pause or a budget decrease always applies immediately in auto mode, so you can stop spend fast
  • Reversible ad changes have undo

Client profiles the AI actually follows

A client profile is the brief you would give a new hire: voice, audience, content pillars, offers, do's and don'ts, primary goal. The AI marketer reads it before every draft and every ads session.

  • Voice and tone with examples of what to say and what to avoid
  • Audience, pillars and the offers that may be promoted
  • Hard rules ("never mention discounts", "no emoji") that drafts are checked against
  • Primary goal (leads, calls, sign-ups, payments) that ads optimisation targets
VoiceWarm, plain, no jargon
PillarsEducation · Team · Offers · Reviews
Don'tsNo discounts, no before/after photos
Primary goalBooking form submissions

The built-in AI marketer

Brandwyn includes an AI marketer that works like a diligent junior: it drafts a week of posts per client and runs Google Ads optimisation sessions on a schedule, writing a plain-language reason for every change.

  • Weekly content drafts per client, checked against recent posts to avoid repeats and against results to favour what works
  • Ads sessions: pause weak keywords, add negative keywords, shift budget between campaigns, build new campaigns (always created paused)
  • Every session ends with a summary: what it found, what it changed, what to look at next
  • Usage is metered in AI credits, included in every plan with top-up packs; when credits hit zero the AI pauses, nothing else does

Google Ads with a monthly cap, pacing and undo

Set a monthly spend limit per client. Brandwyn paces the month, never works around the cap, and shows where the month stands. Changes are small and reversible by design.

  • Campaign and keyword performance, search terms and campaign structure in one view
  • Keyword ideas and geo targeting for new campaigns
  • Monthly limit with pacing; raises that would breach it wait for you
  • Undo for reversible changes, with a full change history per campaign
Monthly capRs 25,000
Spent so far (day 12)Rs 9,400
On pace to finish atRs 23,500

Results per client, tied to the work

Connect Google Analytics and Brandwyn shows what each client's marketing brought in: visits, leads, calls, sign-ups and payments, attributed to the posts and campaigns that caused them. This is the report you send the client.

  • Per-post and per-campaign performance, not just likes
  • Tracked links on every post so social traffic is measured, not guessed
  • Link-in-bio pages per client with their own tracking
  • The AI reads these results before planning the next week

Backlinks, teams and power users

  • Backlink outreach: keep a target list per client and let the AI draft the outreach emails
  • Multi-user with roles: agency admins manage users; editors work the queue
  • Account health: token expiry alerts and failed-publish notices per client
  • MCP server: drive Brandwyn from Claude Desktop or claude.ai with the same review queue and limits in place
  • Billing in INR via Razorpay: subscriptions activate on payment; invoices in the app
